Returns on items purchased through Yawnder.com

Returns of mattresses and massage chairs must be requested within 100 calendar days from the date of delivery. 

To initiate a return please email us at [email protected] or call or text our store at 858-232-5760.

We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return. All mattresses and massage chairs come with free shipping and free returns within the 100-day trial period. 

How can customers return your products?   

• Yawnder or an authorized third party will pick up mattresses and Massage chairs. 

 What is the restocking fee?

• If mattresses or massage chairs are returned within the 100-day trial period, there is no restocking fee.  We will refund your original form of payment. 
• Free returns only apply to first purchase, subsequent purchases will be charged at $150 restocking fee per eligible item.

Wrong Products

If you discover your order is flawed please get in touch with us by email: [email protected]. With photos of the wrong product, we will provide a return shipping label. Once it is tracked, we will ship a replacement product immediately.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
